For more than 20 years, I've built my career as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, but somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing my title as a limitation and started seeing it as a foundation. As I solved problems, improved workflows, created onboarding programs, trained teams, and stepped into healthcare leadership and consulting, I realized something that changed everything:
